1. Project Manager (code PM)

Function/ Responsibility:

To manage and be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of security services to company (Chevron). 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Expertise knowledge and skill in security services
2. Expertise, knowledge and skill to supervise a group of employees
3. Expertise knowledge and skills in Human Resources development
4. Expertise knowledge and skills in Health, Environment and Safety
5. Educational minimum level S1
6. Basic computer skills
7. Strong language capability in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
8. Experience minimum 3 years in security management

2. Operations Manager (code OM)

Function/ Responsibility:

1. Responsible to the Project Manager to plan, develop and manage activities related to the successful conduct of the operation. This includes direct coordination with any persons, or organizations, which conduct business or activities with contractor.
2. Develop and maintain liaison with Police, local government officials, union representatives, community leaders, adjacent security services, and any other persons or organizations which impact on our operations.
3. In the absence of the Project Manager, will assume those responsibilities
